Hartman Collaborative Lecture Series
Temple Judea is proud to announce our participation in the inaugural season of the Shalom Hartman Institute Valley Collaborative, also known as the Hartman Valley Collaborative.

The Hartman Valley Collaborative will bring the finest Jewish scholars in the world to Temple Judea and our sister congregations in the San Fernando Valley.  Beginning in October, we will convene one Sunday each month at a Valley synagogue to hear from Donniel Hartman, Ruth Calderon, Tal Becker, Elana Stein Hain, Yossi Klein HaLevi, and Yehuda Kurtzer.  This is your chance to access the finest minds in the Jewish world, in person.

This is the highlight of our adult education program this year. If you are a veteran of adult education, this is a must-see!  If you have been on the fence about adult education, make this your first encounter—it will light a fire within you for the study of our tradition. This program is free to Temple Judea members, as our participation is underwritten by the Rabbi Donald Goor Lifelong Learning Fund.

The Valley Collaborative Lecture Series is a program of the Shalom Hartman Institute of North America in collaboration with area synagogues and agencies and is supported by a generous grant from the Jewish Community Foundation of Los Angeles.
